Alaark Robotics, Inc. offers Repair & Testing Service
for ABB Motors
Alaark Robotics provides complete rebuild service for
your ABB motor. This rebuild includes the disassembly and cleaning of
the motor and replacement of seals and bearings. The resolvers and brakes
are checked and replaced if necessary. The unit is then tested. At acceptance,
the brakes are torque tested and the rebuilt motor is run on a test
station for robot communication and signal for final motor and resolver
approval.
A standard service fee of $100 for inspection and testing
may apply to motors that are unrepairable.
